Why does an icon 'error' appear on my web page?
The icon 'error' appears when the username in the ShinyStat HTML code is unknown. This can occur for the following reasons:

• The username used in the code has been spelt in the wrong way. In this case, you need to regenerate the code to verify its value


• The account has been deleted


• The subscription expired more than 60 days ago
