The icon 'error' appears when the username in the ShinyStat HTML code is unknown. This can occur for the following reasons:
- The username used in the code has been spelt in the wrong way. In this case, you need to regenerate the code to verify its value
- The account has been deleted
- The subscription expired more than 60 days ago
