How can I modify the Category associated with my ShinyStat™ account?
To request a change to the category associated with your ShinyStat account, simply do the following:
- Log into your ShinyStat™ account
- Click on "Account Management" in the menu on the left, then on "Settings" > "User Information"
- Click on the link in the note under "Category"
- Select the desired new category
- click on "Send request"
The change of the category must be authorized by the ShinyStat™ Staff: it will be accepted only if the new category will be considered appropriate, within seven working days from the sending of the request.
After this period the request is to be considered rejected.

logging into your account.
