To reset your reports it is necessary to fill out the request form available in the page "Reset reports".
This action will remove all the data within the reports - and the data displayed on the counter as well - with no exception.
Notice:
Once the reports are resetted, their data cannot be retrieved anymore. It is advisable to print or save them on a storage device before resetting your reports.
